SHIPPING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email. The estimated delivery time is 14 business days.

RETURNS

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. 

Simply return the item in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll refund the full purchase amount — including the original shipping costs* — to your original payment method within 14 days.

*Original shipping costs = the standard delivery fee you paid when placing your order. Any extra costs from using non-standard packaging or shipping methods are not refundable.

When might we deduct an amount?

• If the item is damaged, used, washed, or incomplete, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the loss in value.
• In such cases, we will not return the item to you.

If the returned item doesn't reach us due to a postal error or delay, but you can provide proof that you shipped it (e.g., tracking number or proof of postage), we will still refund the full amount.

Non-returnable items

• Items purchased during sales, promotions, or at a discounted price
• Any other products clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page
